The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to study materials on a published book devoted to a war criminal

The mass media reported about the publication of a book about the head of an armed organization of Ukrainian nationalists, which existed from August 1941 to 1944, Taras Borovets, who, according to information in the media, collaborated with the Nazi invaders.

According to a number of media outlets, the book was published in Ukraine, but, taking into account the likelihood that information, including banned information, would be transmitted to the Russian Federation as well, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to study the information presented in the media and submit a report.
