It is reported that a kindergarten teacher in Gorki-10 during quiet time  wrapped a five-year-old boy's arms and legs with clerical tape, and then after a short period of time she removed the tape from the child. The progress of the assessment is under the supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

One of his friends doused his friend's clothes with gasoline out of pranks, and after a while set fire to a lighter in the immediate vicinity of the young man. As a result of the incident, the victim received 50 percent body burns and was taken to a medical facility. At present the life of the child is out of danger. The progress of investigation is under the supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Sverdlovsk Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia M.V. Boginsky, to report on the circumstances of the attack committed, according to media reports, by a drunken man on a family with a disabled son in the Sverdlovsk region. It was reported that in Yekaterinburg, an intoxicated man broke into a neighbor's apartment and opened fire with a shotgun; no one was injured.
