The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia indicated to the head of the Moscow Regional Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A.Yu. Starikov the need to clarify additional information in the framework of the execution of the order to establish the causes and conditions that contributed to the conflict situation in the village of Buzhaninovo, Moscow Region.
The head of the department instructed to identify and check the owner of the dormitory in the village of Buzhaninovo, where the migrants lived, to find out the conditions for providing foreign citizens with premises, and also to establish the role of local authorities, including in resolving conflicts that have arisen among the population. In addition, in connection with the information from the media about migrants moving to another dormitory, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia ordered to check the conditions and further employment of these workers.
In addition, Alexander Bastrykin also instructed to check the information about possible violations of the labor rights of local residents who had reported in the media about the preference of migrants for employment in one of the enterprises, and to evaluate the actions or inaction of local authorities.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the regional investigative unit to report on the established circumstances and results of a meeting with the citizens.
The results of the investigation are to be supervised by the Central Office of the Committee.
