The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia ordered to report on a number of assessments into violations of rights of citizens


The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed that the head of the Head of the Main Investigative Department for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol V.N. Terentyev to report on the progress of assessment into providing a disabled person from the Saksky District of the Republic of Crimea with substandard housing. During the monitoring of social networks by the IC officers revealed a video message from a resident of the village Stolbovoye of Saki district, who is disabled of the first group, who reports that the administration of the rural settlement gave him an apartment in an emergency condition - there are problems with water supply and utilities, cracks in the walls, leaking roof.

Apart from that, the head of the Committee instructed the head of the Rostov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.G. Huade to report on the fact of residing of people in an emergency dormitory. In the course of media monitoring on one of the Internet sites, a publication was found indicating that a resident of Taganrog, together with her children, was living in an emergency dormitory building. Despite the cracks and possible collapse, local authorities, according to the woman, do not recognize the house as emergency.

The progress of the pre-investigative probes is supervised by the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
