Today, the resources of the federal remote electronic voting platform, the Moscow electronic voting system, as well as the portal of the association "Independent Public Monitoring" were subjected to cyber-attacks from abroad, which led to temporary delays in access to the relevant online resources.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation instructed the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to organize a procedural investigation of this fact with the involvement of experienced specialists of the Department for Investigation of Cybercrimes and High-Tech Crimes.
