The head of the Committee instructed the head of the Rostov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Khuada A.G. to report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case against a local resident on suspicion of hooliganism. On September 8, 2021 in the city of Bataysk, an intoxicated man at a public transportation stop located near a school, used foul language and demonstrated a kitchen knife to the citizens, including minors. The Rostov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia initiated criminal proceedings against 55-year-old resident of Bataisk (Part 2 of Article 213 of Criminal Code of Russian Federation). The progress of the investigation is under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.

The Chairman of Investigation Committee of Russia instructed V. Lipsky, the Head of the Tatarstan Republican Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to report about the conducted investigative actions in the criminal case against the officials of Tukaevsky district for lack of the road to villages Podsolnukhi and Azmushkino. In addition, the head of the Investigative Department was instructed to report on the measures taken by the investigation aimed at restoring the violated rights of citizens. The progress of execution of the order is supervised by the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
