In relation to the appeal of a mother of many children from Voronezh Region about violation of her rights, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to promptly carry out an assessment into her arguments

A federal channel broadcast an appeal from a mother of seven children from Voronezh Region to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, in which she says that 12 years ago, as a mother of many children, she was given housing under a social program, which was built in an industrial area and is unfit for habitation, and is not listed in the relevant documents of the district administration. Despite the woman's appeals to the competent authorities, the situation has not been resolved. In connection with the violation of the rights of a mother of many children, she appeals to the head of the Investigative Committee with a request to initiate a criminal case.

Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the Voronezh Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, K.E. Levit, to promptly arrange an inquest into the facts outlined in the woman's appeal, thoroughly investigating the arguments she had heard, and, if there were grounds, to decide whether or not to institute criminal proceedings. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia placed the progress of the execution of the order under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
