The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the head of the Sverdlovsk Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Boginsky M.V. to report on the progress on investigation of a probe into murder of a woman and her two children in Kirovograd (Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia).
According to investigators, on September 22 during the extinguishing of a fire in an apartment on Tsentralniy Boulevard in Kirovgrad, the bodies of a woman and her two sons born in 2017 were found with signs of violent death. During the investigative actions the suspect was established and detained - it is a repeatedly convicted local resident born in 1983, a complex of investigative actions is carried out with his participation, all the circumstances and motives of the crime are established. The progress of the criminal investigation was put by the head of the department under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
In addition, the media spread a report criticizing the progress of the criminal investigation into the disappearance of a 28-year-old young man in 2017 in the Sakhalin region. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the leadership of the Main Military Investigative Directorate, which was in charge of the said criminal case, to submit a detailed report on the investigative actions that had been carried out.
