The media reported that in the city of Rostov-on-Don, a single mother with three children was forced to live in a communal apartment in a house that was recognized as emergency in 2012.  The ceiling is crumbling in the apartment, there is no light and gas. The family was evicted from the maneuvering fund, and the only living space that the woman managed to buy is not suitable for living. The investigators have examined the damage, at present the witnesses have been identified and questioned, other necessary procedural activities have been carried out. The progress of the probe is under the supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
