The preliminary investigation will give an assessment to both the actions of the personnel to provide the service and the facts of the subsequent provision of medical care, as well as in to ensuring security measures and observing the rights of the child by persons who are entrusted with the responsibility of raising him. The progress of investigation is under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
