The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the heads of Rostov and Vladimir Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to report on results of investigation of several probes

In connection with the publications in social networks and mass media materials criticizing the progress of the investigation into the criminal case on the death of patients in MBIH "City Hospital No 20 of Rostov-on-Don" in October 2020 (Part 3, Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the Head of the Rostov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia M.A. Shishchenko to report on investigative actions performed on the probe.

In addition, the day before a legal program on the federal TV channel reported on the results of the criminal investigation into the accident in the Vladimir region in March 2018, which resulted in the death of a 17-year-old schoolboy who was taking part in the Suvorov-Ushakov training camp. By a court verdict, the driver of the car, who was accused of committing the accident, was acquitted. In addition, the criminal case for negligence in the organization of the training camp was dismissed. The head of Committee instructed the head of the Vladimir Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Kulakov A. A. to present the detailed report on the proofs collected during investigation including results of forensic examination and to report on the grounds of taken procedural decisions in the shortest terms.
