In connection with the appeal published in the media to the leadership of the Investigative Committee of Russia about the commission of possible illegal actions and violations of the rights of foster children in care in Nizhny Tagil, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Sverdlovsk region M.V. Boginsky to check all the arguments presented in the media and report on the progress and results of the pre-investigation.

Moreover, the head of the Committee instructed the acting Head of Investigative Departement of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Perm Region D. S. Anashchenko to report on the ongoing investigation into the beating of two minors in the city of Perm. Earlier information was published in mass media that a man attacked two girls and after numerous insults hit them several times.

The progress of execution of the instructions was placed under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
