The Orenburg Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia charged Alexander Lazarev with committing the crimes provided for in paragraphs A, K of Part 2 of Article 105 (murder of two or more persons, coupled with rape) Paragraph A, Part 3 of Article 131 (rape combined with the threat of murder, including against a minor); Paragraph A of Part 3 of Article 132 (violent acts of a sexual nature, combined with a threat of murder, committed, including against a minor), Part 2 of Article 167 (intentional damage to someone else's property, committed by arson with causing significant damage), Part 1 of Article 166 of the Criminal Code of Russia (unlawful seizure of a car).

The court has granted the investigative motion to place Lazarev into custody. To date, the person involved in the case has been interrogated on the merits of the charges brought, his testimony was previously checked on the spot. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
