The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia decides to award the man that stood up for a girl in subway

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed the HR department to prepare the necessary documents for awarding Roman Kovalev, who suffered from the criminal acts of three individuals. The young man, having shown an active civic position and courage, despite the numerical superiority on the part of the attackers, did not stand aside and stood up for the girl.

Without entering into a conflict, he made a remark, for which he was severely beaten by a company that was aggressively disposed towards others. They continued to beat the man even when he was already lying on the floor in a pool of blood.

The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia made a decision to award the victim who showed indifference and bravery with the Committee medal "Valor and Courage".
