In connection with the newly appeared reports in the media about the violation of the rights of citizens in Moscow, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Moscow Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.A. Strizhov to report on the investigation of the criminal case of arbitrariness (Part 2 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code).
Today it was reported on one of the federal channels that dozens of tenants in a dormitory on Aminyev highway in Moscow might end up on the street because of the arbitrariness of a new owner who intends to convert their living quarters into studios. Many of the people living in this house once took part in the construction of the capital.
The head of the Committee ordered to report on the complex of investigative actions and measures taken to restore the rights of citizens.
