The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia puts under supervision the progress of assessment into a fire in the Rostov Region that resulted in death of children

Today the Rostov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia received a report about the discovery of bodies of two small children aged 3 and 6 after a fire in a private house on Centralnaya Street in Zimovnikovsky district of the Rostov region. Another child aged 4 died on the way to a medical facility.

According to preliminary data, the children were alone in the house, without adult supervision. An initial investigation is being carried out. Investigators and forensic specialists of the investigative department are working at the scene of the incident, an inspection of the scene is being carried out, and the circumstances of the incident are being established.

The Chairman of Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Rostov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Khuade A. G. to report on initially established circumstances and causes of incident. He put the further course of the inspection under supervision.
