In connection with the open letter published in the media by Leonid Roshal, President of the Union of the Medical Community "National Medical Chamber" about the need to stop criminal prosecution against the neonatologist of the regional perinatal center of Kaliningrad, accused of murdering a child in the maternity hospital, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation demanded that the subordinate employees report again on all circumstances established during the preliminary investigation and provide substantiation of the election.

The criminal case against the medical worker is currently being considered by the Moscow regional court.
