The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Ingushetia A. Konovod to report on the investigation of a criminal case involving a road accident in which a newborn child and a woman died.

On October 29, 2021 at 11.20 p.m. on the federal highway "Kavkaz" the 34-year-old driver of "VAZ-2115" drove into the oncoming traffic lane and collided with a "Kamaz-532150" semi-trailer, as a result of which his 36-year-old wife and a newborn girl received different injuries, from which they died on the way to a hospital. The driver of the car "VAZ-2115" was also injured. He hadn't been hospitalized after the medical treatment. His eight minor children with bruises and abrasions were taken to the Children's Regional Clinical Hospital of Nazran, where they were given medical help.

A criminal case initiated by the police for violation of traffic rules that by negligence caused the death of two or more people was transferred to the Ingushetia Republican Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
