Today, the media reported that Ukrainian armed formations continue to shell the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic. Thus, four settlements in the Telmanovsky district were de-energized as a result of the shooting by the Ukrainian security forces.

Upon confirmation of the data on the crimes against the residents of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Main Investigative Directorate to immediately initiate criminal proceedings under Article 356 of the Criminal Code (use of prohibited means and methods of warfare), and to take measures to identify the specific individuals involved and organize their search so that they could be brought to trial later.
