The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia requests a report on circumstances of an attack against a woman in Moscow Region

On November 11, the media published information that a man almost hit a woman while driving a car in the city of Mytishchi. When the woman tried to take a picture on her phone of the registration plate of the car, the man stopped and, releasing a dog of fighting breed from the back seat of the car, gave the animal the command to attack. As a result, the animal inflicted multiple bite wounds on the woman's arm and shoulder. In this regard, investigators are petitioning the supervisory authority to transfer the materials to the Moscow Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for an objective and comprehensive investigation.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Moscow Regional Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A. Starikov to report on the circumstances of the incident.
