A federal channel aired a story about a pensioner and her disabled adult son being evicted from their home in Moscow Region after the woman applied for services from a certain legal center in Moscow. The story notes that the woman was caught up in a fraudulent scheme and ended up taking a loan against the security of the house for legal services, which she is now forced to lose due to the fact that the house has a new owner.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed the head of the Moscow Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Starikov A.Yu. to investigate the circumstances and report on the situation.

The progress of implementation of the instruction is under supervision in the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
