The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia gave an order on the appeal of a resident of the Saratov Region about the violation of the rights of equity shareholders

In connection with the appeal of a resident of Saratov Region to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.I. Bastrykin about the fact that the money of the fund, designed to solve the problems of shareholders, was used for other purposes, the head of the Saratov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.Y. Govorunov ordered to report on the situation. It should be mentioned that the Investigative Committee of Saratov Region has already started investigating the criminal case of violation of the rights of the shareholders of "Pobeda" housing estate under Articles 165 and 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The woman, who appealed to the head of the Investigative Committee, in her statement says that despite the well-intentioned purpose of a federal fund to protect the rights of citizens - equity construction participants, it does not provide real assistance to shareholders, and the budget money is not used for their intended purpose. The long-term construction projects operated by the fund, some of which were of a high degree of readiness, began to be developed by the fund together with the parent company. According to the plaintiff, by doing so, they were violating the rights of shareholders by planning to sell the apartments at market prices.

A. I. Bastrykin instructed the Head of Saratov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to find out all the circumstances and within the framework of investigation of the criminal case to check the additional arguments of criminal activity voiced by the woman and, if there were grounds, to give them a legal assessment. The progress of implementation of the instruction is under supervision of the Central Office of the Committee.
