The head of the Investigative Committee instructed A.S. The media reported that the child's mother had obtained a court order for officials to provide the medication, but because of bureaucratic delays the girl died without waiting for the medication.

The progress and results of the investigation are under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
