The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to organize an inquiry into violation of rights of a mother of many children deprived of housing in Tyumen Region

A program on a federal TV channel showed a story about a mother of many children, a resident of Tyumen, who was left without housing. The woman has four minor children as dependents. The media reported that she had been making regular mortgage payments to the bank for several years, but last year she asked the bank for a deferral or restructuring due to a number of factors. However, bank employees did not make concessions to the woman and the mortgaged property (apartment) was put up for auction and sold at a private auction for half the market price.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the regional Investigative Committee of Russia A.A. Kublyakov to immediately organize an investigation into the violation of the rights of a mother with many children and report on all the circumstances of the incident.  A.I. Bastrykin also instructed his subordinates in the Tyumen Region to take exhaustive measures to restore the rights of the woman.
