In the Saratov Region and the Republic of Dagestan the facts of bribes for the issuance of false certificates and false information on vaccination against coronavirus infection "COVID-19" are under investigation
The Saratov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia instituted criminal proceedings against a doctor of one of the polyclinics in Saratov on the grounds of a crime stipulated by Part 3 Article 290 of the Criminal Code (taking bribe by an official for illegal actions).
According to investigators, from January 1, 2021 to July 1, 2021 a therapist of one of Saratov polyclinics received bribes in the form of money for issuing certificates of vaccination against coronavirus infection "COVID-19" with entering information about the vaccination in the Unified Information System of Health without the actual vaccination. The total amount of unlawful remuneration she received for that period was 120,000 rubles. The unlawful actions of the official were detected by officers of the Department of the Economic Security and Countering Corruption of the Saratov City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
In the Republic of Dagestan, the Republican Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, basing on materials of regional Directorate of FSB of Russia, investigates the criminal case against a nurse of phthisiatrician office of Magaramkent central regional hospital suspected of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 274.1 of the Criminal Code (unauthorized access to protected computer information contained in the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation).
According to the investigation, in accordance with the order of the hospital's chief physician, the nurse was charged with the responsibility of entering information about vaccinated citizens against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 into the Federal Register of Persons Vaccinated against New Coronavirus Infection. On October 12, 2021, at the request of a local resident and in violation of the "Temporary Rules for Record-keeping of Information to Prevent the Spread of New Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19)," she knowingly entered false information into the Uniform State Health System about a woman allegedly vaccinated with a two-part product on June 04, 2021 and June 25, 2021. As a result of her illegal actions, the suspect misrepresented information about the actual vaccination among the population, while endangering the lives and health of others.
Investigative actions are currently underway in criminal cases in the Saratov Region and the Republic of Dagestan aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crimes.
