On October 25, 2005 at about 11:30 p. m. the executor of the crime, being on Novomoskovskaya Street in the city of Orsk, having waited for two victims to leave the dwelling house and for them to get into the car that they were using and begin moving, fired at least 20 targeted shots into the head, torso and extremities of the victims with a Kalashnikov AK-74 rifle. The attack resulted in the death of one of the victims, while the second man was treated for six gunshot wounds.
On July 23, 2008 at about 11:20 p. m. the executor of the crime was in Chernyshevsky street in Orsk, waited for a local resident to come home and on the staircase of the staircase fired at least one shot from a manufactured short-barrelled firearm into the victim's torso and killed him.
In addition, in 2006 the defendant organized and planned the actions aimed at the murder of the Orsk resident by other perpetrators for a material reward. Thus, the perpetrators of the crime, in two stages, while in the area of the driving range located in the settlement of Myasokombinat of Orsk, in order to kill the victim, installed an explosive device and set it in motion at the moment of driving in the immediate vicinity of the car with the alleged victim and other persons. However, the criminal intent to kill was not realized, since the car was equipped with armor.
Currently, investigative and procedural actions aimed at establishing the circumstances to be proven and bringing to justice all the persons involved in the commission of the investigated crimes are being carried out.
