The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to find out all the circumstances of the attack of dogs on a child in the Sakhalin Region

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Sakhalin Region initiated a criminal case on signs of crime provided by Part 1 of Article 293 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence) on the report of attack of stray dogs near the building of administration of municipal formation "Nogliki urban district" on 8-year-old boy, as a result of which the child was injured.

The Chairman of Investigative Committee of Russia instructed B. Bazarov, the Head of Investigative Administration of RF Investigative Committee for the Sakhalin Region, to investigate all circumstances of the case and report on the progress of criminal investigation.

The progress of the investigation is under the supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
