A federal channel reported that the residents of the village of Dulovo in Chekhov district of Moscow Region are forced to provide access to their homes in winter at their own expense, as there is no road to the settlement. It is noted that emergency services and utilities services cannot reach the village in bad weather, and officially there is no access road in the documents at all.

The Сhairman of the Committee instructed the head of the Moscow Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A. Starikov, to look into the circumstances and report on the situation.
