Relatives of the dead crew members of the Onega vessel appealed to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin with a complaint against the local authorities, which for a year stubbornly refuse to organize a place of commemoration for the 17 fishermen who were not committed to the earth.

The criminal case on behalf of A. I. Bastrykin for further investigation was transferred to the investigators of the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia. In addition, as a result of the reception Alexander Bastrykin instructed to assist the families of the victims in solving urgent social issues.

Having familiarized himself with the complaint, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Murmansk Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A.
