This morning as a result of an accident on the outer side of the Third Ring Road in the west of Moscow about 20 cars were damaged, with two people injured.

Due to the wide public response, in order to thoroughly establish all the circumstances of the accident, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to request the supervisory authorities to transfer the materials on the accident from the police to the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
