Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Orders to Report on Situation with Violation of Omsk Oblast Resident's Rights

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin has instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to report on the investigation progress regarding the criminal case on the violation of a disabled citizen's housing rights; the said person also belongs to the category of orphans and children left without parental care.

Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported that the young man from Omsk Oblast had to live in a rented apartment and that his right to receive housing of his own had not been fulfilled for a long time.

Regional investigative authorities of the IC of Russia initiated criminal cases on negligence and failing to comply with a court ruling, which were combined into a single process. After personally meeting with the orphans from Omsk Oblast, A. I. Bastrykin ordered to transfer the criminal case from the regional investigative department to the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia.
