Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Instructs to Report on Situation with Rehousing of Residential Building in Rostov Oblast

On social networks, residents of one of the houses in Rostov-on-Don and other concerned users ask for help with the current situation around rehousing of 4, Krivoshlykovsky Lane. Officials of the city administration decided to rehouse the building because of the dilapidated condition, but the residents are decisively against it. According to the reports, since 2020, the administration has been requesting from the residents to vacate the apartments, and all this time the courts have been considering the dispute with the residents opposing the rehousing and trying to prove that the house simply needs repairs.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia has instructed Head of the Investigative Committee of the IC of Russia for Rostov Oblast A.G. Khuada to report on the situation.
