According to the media, several workers of culture appealed to the superiors of the Russian IC with a request to investigate and monitor the investigation into the circumstances of the alleged fraudulent actions against Merited Artist of the Russian Federation Arkady Khoralov. It is reported that as a result of a transaction with real estate, which turned out to be pledged to the bank, as well as allegedly illegal appropriation of money, Arkady Khoralov was left without the funds and without purchased living quarters in Moscow.

The Chairman of the IC of Russia instructed the superiors of the Main Investigative Department who work on the criminal case to report on the preliminary investigation results.
