A federal channel reported on the complaints of parents of children with developmental disabilities about child abuse in one of the development centers in the city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast. Earlier, media had paid attention to the dubious methods of one of the speech therapists. As the published video footage suggests, the “therapist” holds the child by force, beats him with a piece of raw meat on the head and arms, showers the boy with flour and throws coffee beans in his face.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed A.Yu. Starikov, the head of the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia for Moscow Oblast, to organize a check of the arguments set forth in the media, and find out all the circumstances.
