According to the media reports, relatives of a woman who died in one of the hospitals in Rostov Oblast want to bring to justice the healthcare professionals who, according to the relatives, showed indifference and failed to provide proper medical assistance to their deceased mother. Authorities of the Investigative Department of the IC of Russia for Rostov Oblast are investigating a criminal case on causing death by negligence due to improper performance of professional duties (Part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code).

The Chairman of the IC of Russia has instructed Head of the ID of the IC for Rostov Oblast A.G. Khuada to report on the preliminary investigation results.
