Due to the incessant shelling of the territory of the DPR and LPR by Ukraine, refugees arrive in Russia, where everything is available for their stay. Rostov Oblast already accepts everyone who has suffered or may suffer from the Ukrainian military's criminal acts.
Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the heads of the Main Investigative Department and the Investigative Department of the IC of Russia in Rostov Oblast, as well as the heads of investigative departments of the IC of Russia in other regions, where the refugees will arrive, to take exhaustive measures to establish and record the criminal acts perpetrated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass.
Based on the testimony of witnesses and victims of the Ukrainian servicemen's actions, experienced investigators and forensic experts will establish an evidence base that will help to identify all the responsible persons and then to bring them to justice.
Also, on the Chairman of the IC of Russia's order, employees of the Main Investigative Department and forensic specialists of the Central Office were sent to Rostov Oblast; they were tasked with prompt organization and further coordination of the headquarters of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Rostov Oblast.
The main task of the headquarters is to record evidence of the crimes perpetrated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass and to timely inform the head of the department on the current situation.
