Chairman of the Russian IC Instructs to Investigate Circumstances of Deaths of Another Two Civilians in Donbass

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to investigate the circumstances of the death of two people in the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic during shelling by Ukrainian servicemen.

According to open sources, two people were killed in a shelling of the abovementioned territory by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the evening of February 20, 2022.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the IC to initiate a criminal case on this event, to conduct a thorough and comprehensive investigation of all circumstances of the incident, and to record evidence of crimes perpetrated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass.
