Chairman of the IC of Russia Instructs to Initiate Criminal Case on Car Explosion in Lugansk

Several media outlets reported a murder attempt on the head of the representative office of the Lugansk People's Republic in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination, he was injured as his car exploded.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to initiate a criminal case on this event and to establish all circumstances of the incident.
