Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to investigate the circumstances of the deaths of two civilians in the Lugansk People's Republic.
According to the representative office of the LPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination on Ceasefire (JCCC), on February 22, armed units violated the ceasefire in the Zolotoye-4 – Berezovskoye direction, using an anti-tank guided missile (ATGM), which resulted in death of two LPR civilians.
What is more, on the afternoon of February 22, the bodies of four men were found in Rostov Oblast in 500 meters from the Ukrainian border. Next to them there were two unmarked infantry fighting vehicles.
The department head instructed the investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to establish all the circumstances of these incidents within criminal cases.
