Chairman of the IC of Russia Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to take exhaustive measures to document every fact of torture committed by the Ukrainian military and, within the framework of the initiated criminal cases, to thoroughly investigate all the circumstances, taking the necessary measures to identify the perpetrators.
