Chairman of the IC of Russia Instructs to Document Shelling of Horlivka by Ukrainian Troops and Injury of Civilians

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to investigate the circumstances of the shelling of Horlivka, the Donetsk People's Republic, by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a result of the Ukrainian military's criminal actions, on March 3, 2022, a shell hit a residential building at 19, Korolenko Street. Four Horlivka civilians were injured, including two children born in 2005 and 2012. All the injured people were hospitalized.

A. I. Bastrykin instructed the MID of the IC of Russia to thoroughly investigate this crime, collect and document the evidence, and identify all persons involved in the deed in order to bring them to justice.
