Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to investigate the circumstances of the new incidents of shelling in the DPR and LPR.

Today it was reported that Ukrainian troops shelled Kievsky District of the city of Donetsk; a part of the district was cut from electricity. In addition, a ferroalloy plant located in the town of Stakhanov was subjected to massive shelling; the plant is the town's main employer. The work of the plant was suspended.

The Chairman of the IC of Russia instructed to collect and record the evidence of these attacks for further thorough and comprehensive investigation of the criminal activities perpetrated by the Ukrainian servicemen.
