Mass media and social media outlets disseminate information with reference to the minister of defense of Ukraine on supplying various types of weapons to this country. Such “supplies” are used, among other things, against the civilian population of the recognized DPR and LPR. The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Central Office to check this information. The investigators should identify the source of the weapons, their types and quantity, as well as persons who deliver the weapons to Ukraine in order to wage an aggressive war against the DPR and LPR, where tens of thousands of civilians still live.

Also A. I. Bastrykin instructed the investigators to give a legal evaluation to the public statements made by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Danilov about aggression against Russia within the preliminary investigation.
