Officers of the IC of Russia Pay a Visit to Orphans Who Arrived from the LPR and DPR

As instructed by the Chairman of the IC of Russia, officers of the Educational And Training Department of the Central Office have visited the accommodation centers for orphans who arrived from the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics to Kursk Oblast, Voronezh Oblast and Rostov Oblast. The main purpose of such visits was to provide legal support, and to inform the guys about the possibility of admission and studying in educational institutions of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. During the visits, the arrived children and teenagers were told about admission rules of the IC cadet corps, the Moscow and St. Petersburg academies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, about the admission quotas for orphans and children left without parental care.

So, in Kursk Oblast, representatives of the IC of Russia, together with the regional administration, visited several specialized schools, where they talked to orphans and their accompanying caregivers, got acquainted with the living conditions and maintenance of children, their leisure activities, answered questions of legal and social nature, including questions about the restoration of lost documents, obtaining Russian citizenship, medical support.

In Rostov Oblast, an officer of the Educational And Training Department of the IC of Russia visited the Romashka children’s complex, as well as other temporary accommodation centers for children, and spoke about the admission rules of the IC educational institutions.

No children should be left without care, and for the time being, one of the tasks of the IC is to provide children, especially those left without parental care, with the opportunity to adapt to new living conditions, receive proper moral and psychological assistance, as well as the necessary education. 

In Voronezh Oblast, an officer of the Central Office of the IC of Russia, together with officials of the Investigative Department of the IC of Russia, held a joint reception of individuals who had arrived from the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. Representatives of the IC gave answers to questions of the individuals, including about obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation, employment, receiving social benefits, attending preschool educational institutions, developing classes and sports clubs for children. Of particular interest to the meeting’s participants was the activity of the educational organizations of the IC of Russia, admission and studying opportunities. After that, the head of the Investigative Department and a representative of the Central Office of the IC paid a visit to orphans in one of the temporary accommodation centers in Ramonsky Raion. In addition, representatives of the IC visited the “Bobrovskaya Boarding School for Orphans And Children with Disabilities Left Without Parental Care”, a public educational institution in Voronezh Oblast; a children’s health camp in Liskinsky Raion;  got acquainted with the living conditions of children and their leisure activities, answered to questions in the legal, social and educational areas. During all visits, stationery, art supplies, sweets and toys were donated to the children; the gifts were purchased at the expense of voluntary donations from officers of the Investigative Department and according to the needs and wishes of the children.

Officers of the IC of Russia continue to pay visits and help refugees who arrived from the DPR and LPR, because the IC officers really care about people in distress.

Officers of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Vladimir Oblast paid visits to orphans who had arrived with their guardian from the Donetsk People’s Republic. The Investigative Department officers donated foods, assisted in the preparation of the necessary documents, and provided targeted assistance.

Officers of the Investigative Department of the IC of Russia for Belgorod Oblast visited one of the accommodation facilities for refugees with words of support and gifts. The officers of the Investigative Department brought school notebooks, fruits and basic necessities to the hotel in Belgorod, where the Donbass refugees were accommodated.

In addition, the collection of humanitarian aid continues on Sakhalin.  Officers of the regional department of the IC of Russia took part in the WeAreTogether campaign and delivered essential items, bedding and children’s items to a refugee collection point.
