Today, one of the TV channels reported that the director of an investment fund, P. V. Bykovsky, violated the rights of several dozen pensioners from St. Petersburg. In addition, other violations committed by similar funds were reported.

The Chairman of the IC of Russia instructed Acting Head of the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia for St. Petersburg M. G. Parastaeva to organize a procedural check of these facts. The course of the inspection is supervised by the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
