Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the Main Investigative Department of the Russian IC to investigate the circumstances of the shelling of the Donbass, as a result of which civilians were killed.

According to the available information, Kirovsky District of Donetsk was attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as a result of which four civilians were killed. A woman in Yasinovataya was injured.

A. I. Bastrykin instructed the MID of the IC of Russia to collect and record the evidence of the crime against Donbass civilians and to identify all persons involved in it in order to subsequently bring them to justice.
