Chairman of the IC of Russia Instructs Officials to Investigate the Circumstances of the Shelling of a School in the LPR, the Minelaying in a Chemical Plant in Sumy and a School in Nikolaev Oblast

Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, has instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to investigate the circumstances of the shelling of a school in the LPR during the evacuation of people.

According to reports, during the evacuation of people at school No. 2 in the city of Rubezhnoye, the Armed Forces of Ukraine opened fire from heavy artillery. The civilians waited out the shelling in the basement of the educational institution, and then they were taken to a refugee reception center in the city of Starobelsk. No civilians were injured during the shelling.

In addition, the Chairman of the IC of Russia has instructed officials to investigate the circumstances of the nationalists' mining of a chemical plant in Sumy Oblast and a school in Nikolaev Oblast.
A.I. Bastrykin has instructed the investigators to collect and record evidence, and identify all the persons involved in this in order to subsequently bring them to justice as established by law.
