Chairman of the IC of Russia Instructs Officials to Investigate the Circumstances of the Shelling in the DPR, as a Result of Which Civilians Were Injured

A.I. Bastrykin, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, has instructed the Main Investigative Department to investigate the circumstances of the shelling of DPR settlements, as a result of which civilians, including a child, were injured.

As reported by the hot line of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the DPR, 17 people were injured, including one minor, as a result of shelling of Sartana and Mariupol by the Ukrainian military. The victims were taken to medical facilities, where they receive the necessary medical care.

A.I. Bastrykin has instructed the investigators to collect and record evidence and identify all the persons involved in this in order to subsequently bring them to justice as established by law.
