The Chairman of the IC of Russia has instructed to investigate within a criminal case the brutal beating and murder of a Russian prisoner of war at the staircase of a residential building in Ukraine. The video, which has been published on the Internet, shows the process of beating and killing the Russian prisoner of war, whose hands are tied behind his back, by a member of a Ukrainian nationalist unit.

As part of the investigation, all accomplices of the torture, beating, and brutal murder will be identified in order to bring them to justice later.
