The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation instructed investigators to document and investigate the instances of death of Donbass civilians as a result of shelling by Ukrainian armed formations.

As it became known, today, as a result of shelling by Ukrainian servicemen of the city of Rubezhnoye in the Lugansk People's Republic, two civilians who tried to evacuate the city on their own were fatally wounded.

A. I. Bastrykin has instructed to carry out a set of necessary investigative actions aimed at establishing specific individuals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and nationalist battalions involved in the crime and holding them criminally liable.
